At TS Computer, our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent return and refund process.
3.1 Return Period Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3.2 Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all seals intact (especially for electronic components and software).
- It must include all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards that came with the product.
3.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Downloadable software products.
- Items with signs of use or physical damage not reported upon delivery.
- Any item not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3.4 The Refund Process
- Initiation: Email work@tscomputer.in with your Order ID and photos of the product.
- Pickup/Shipping: We will notify you if a reverse pickup is available for your pincode. If not, you may be required to ship the item back to our warehouse.
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
